They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. He was cold and does not listen, judges based on appearance and trys to force you to respond a certain way by only asking leading questions and acting irritated if you respond opposite to how he expects
