Such a horrible experience that I sought out new insurance that allowed me to change providers at 33 weeks. I felt there was no empathy from multiple providers and staff. I experienced a true lack of any kind of continuity of care. Each visit was purposefully scheduled with a different provider who then either had no knowledge of what was discussed at previous appointments or had a different perspective that changed how I was to be managing my care. One doc told me my blood sugar was high and needed to be managed by a nutritionist. At the next appointment, a different provider told me the same exact numbers looked great and there was no indication of a concern for GD. I had to beg (called and emailed multiple times) for providers to send prescriptions in to my pharmacy as the front desk told me they would write a paper prescription and leave it at the front desk for me to pick up and then for me to physically take into the pharmacy. I tried to explain that my pharmacy was a mail in pharmacy. But the staff told me there was no other way. I am truly just dumbfounded as to how poor of an experience I have had. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
