I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr. Maddalena took my family through the process of diagnosing infertility all the way to the birth of my twin girls and there were MANY complex bumps in between. He was open, honest, and professional. We always felt that he treated us as equal participants in our medical care and gave us the information we needed to make decisions as well as his educated opinion on the direction to take. He shared relevant information with us at important emotional times to help build rapport and was generally an excellant and honest human being. He knew when something was within his scope of expertise and he knew when to refer out and his referals were always excellant also - we just had an all around good experience with him and his staff.
