Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
