They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I got turned away 3 times because each time they told me I was missing a new piece of paperwork--they could have told me all the paperwork I needed to bring with me on the first visit. Phone calls were never returned and could not understand the heavy accents of the receptionists. The waiting room was always extremely overcrowded and dirty and screaming babies everywhere.

TERRIBLE. I'm not sure how this place is even open. So much staff yet you waste so much time on the phone with them. They won't call you back half the time. I really mean atleast 50% of the time they will not call you back. Hold times are crazy. They treat you like you're nothing but a bother to them. Wish I saw this coming I would have gone somewhere else UGH FRUSTRATING
