They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
