I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Prior going to Dr. Kizner's office, I had another doctor, Dr. Josephine Saad, who I enjoyed very much. But unfortunately, I had a difficult delivery which I was told by Dr. Saad after the delivery, I almost did not make it. When i found out I was pregnant, she refused to see me & said I need to terminate my pregnancy in order to be seen by her. Fortunately, after I stressed myself to death, I found Dr. Kizner, who assured me that everything will be alright. I am so thankful that his professionalism provided me comfort when I needed it the most. Not only was it a successful delivery, but today I could not imagine going through life without my child I was told to terminate. Thank you Dr. Kizner, most grateful!
