The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions. I question how they got their degree.
