I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. He asks how you were treated by the staff and encourages feedback, even if it is negative. Very easy to make an appointment as well.
