Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
