They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
