Aimee gives me as much time as I need, when I've needed help. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either, babies happen! She makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. She always remember me and make me feel very important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. She is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I love and trust her still, after 21 years!!!!
