The staff was always cold and unpleasant, but not directly rude. They always seemed to be late for their appointments, and never warned you when you arrived nor apologized for being behind. I had a few appointments at the Adams Patterson clinic. One of the Dr.s I met was Dr. Tonkin she was nice and answered all my questions. Some of the things we discussed made we realize she was nice lady but wasn't the type of dr. I was looking for. So, the next a appt. I made was with Dr. Healy. She was cold, rushed, arrogant and rude right off the bat. She answered some of my questions, other questions she told me that I should have read about in booklets that I should have received already from that office (which I didn't). One question I guess she had already went over (but I obviously did not hear her or catch that part) because she responded with "Again,..." and an eyeroll. Dr. Healy put me on a mission to leave that practice completely. I did not even want to take the chance of her being my Dr again, even if it was for just a day. Soon after my appt. with her I spoke with a nurse that I work with who just so happened to work with her before and she was in complete agreement on my opinion of Dr. Healy just being that type of Dr/person. I'm glad I didn't waste my time on giving her a second chance because everybody has bad days.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. Healy is great but the staff could be rude. They never called back after being transferred 3-4 times then a return call was never made.
