They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Given that you're dealing with the unpredictable nature of pregnancy the wait times were completely understandable, if a bit annoying. But I always knew that I would get the same great care and attention when it was my turn so it was worth it. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I had no concerns or complaints but feel strongly that if anything had gone wrong that they would make every effort to correct the situation. I can't recommend Dr. Edwards highly enough - kind, caring, willing to listen, very supportive and exceptionally skilled. There is no one better!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
