I have been visiting this Physicians and Midwives during my pregnancy and have had great experiences with everyone that I have seen up until now. Today I was seen by Kimberly Kongkasuwan and I have to say that it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She didn't explain what she was doing, she was rude and did not listen to what I had to say. I never even had an opportunity to ask any questions or express concerns that I may have with my pregnancy. She was terrible. I would never choose to go be seen by this doctor again.

They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results.
