They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
