They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
