Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment and then fill out a load of nosy paperwork. Then they don't seem to have time to answer the questions anyway. Sometimes you can't even get them to respond to your messages, and you can't talk to a person when you call the majority of the time. I have never been greeted when I walk in the door. He doesn't care what he does to you or how he makes you feel, as long as he can get his money for an office visit.
