Office staff is the most miserable i have ever come across and not helpful. I have even called once to make an appt, show up for my appt and they do not have me scheduled. No complaints for the Dr's themselves.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.
