Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I love Dr Novatt is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions and takes her time, never hurries me. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
