Long Island Women’s Health Care Group, PC has been providing quality medical services to the female community for over 35 years. Our practice is a private, single specialty group consisting of six board certified physicians who have joined their experience and expertise in the field of obstetrics and gynecology to provide you with the best possible care available. All of the doctors in the group are qualified specialists, having completed medical school, internships, and many years of residency. We are all members of internationally respected professional organizations limited to trained specialists in our field. Such organizations include the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Fertility Association, to name a few. We are committed to continuing medical education so that we can offer you the most up to date care and treatment possible. Dr.Valderrama earned her MD at SUNY Stony Brook Medical School. She completed her residency at Winthrop University Hospital. Many patients of Dr.Valderrama’s would describe her to be attentive, compassionate and warm. She has over 30 years of experience and specializes in high risk obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Valderrama values the long standing relationship she has with many of her patients. She is also fluent in English and Spanish. When she’s not caring for her patients she loves to spend time with her husband of 35 years, 2 daughters and her grand-dog named Barney. She also enjoys reading, skiing, traveling and gardening.

i have been going to dr valderrama for 19 years. i found that she is very comforting in all aspects. she delivered my son 19 years ago. the practice at the time had 6 drs and when you are pregnant you must see every dr, she is the busiest cause i never got to see her until the day of my delivery and felt very comfortable with her. she made and explained everything to me. i had to have a emergency c sect and having her made it less frightful. i havent seen any other dr in the group since then.
