The place exceeded my expectations. They were very thoughtful and helpful. Answering all questions I had during the checkup and any procedures I had done. they took their time with me and I wasn't rushed. Not sure about the comments of 'outdated equipment'. I was there in 4/2013 and the equipment did not look outdated. As to crowded office and more concerned about quantity than quality. What Drs office is not crowded. I rather be in a croweded room where the Dr takes his/her time with me, than in an uncrowded room and I am pushed out so they can take the next appointment. The office also called me right away with any of my test results and asnwered (or got back to me) with any of my questions.
