The dr is very cold and very distant as she was not intested in patient. Very cut and dry in responses and not giving enough information after surgery, not on medical or admin Staff very laid back and often did not return calls. Had to call 3 times before the assistant returned my call, during my recovery after surgery! Wil never recommend to friends or family. It's all about business for Dr. Ravins, not the wellbeing of patients. A total dissappointment.

It is difficult to get a timely appointment. What if it's an emergency? After my first appointment, I continued to be billed even though I paid my bill. After my second appointment, I needed to speak with her after receiving a questionable lab result and was told I had to make another appointment to speak with her. However, I persisted and was finally told, several times, she would return my call. She never did. A two-minute follow -up call, at her convenience, is not much to ask from your physician. I asked myself, what if this were something very serious? Could I depend on her? I think not.
