They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of BUT looks can be deceiving. You cannot leave a message for them and they close their office and leave voicemail on but you cannot leave a message. What kind of office is this with technology? Every time I've called there is no answer. It's extremely annoying. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. There must be better doctors for you than this office. I went through my whole pregnancy and afterward thinking things would get better with the office and Dr. Diaz, but it has gotten worse. She needs a better staff.
