The nurses rush you in and rush you out. They have no bed side manner and the patience is really low. I was told that I "would never be able to have a baby if I got an std and kept scarring up my tubes" I never got my test results back until I called for the tenth time and was scolded for not knowing how to get into the patient portal. I am never going back to this doctor.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Lentine almost 20 years. I love her and I wish she still delivered.
From the first office to the new one it's overcrowded I have sat in the waiting room for 2 hours than 45 min to wait for her to come into room.

Most of the staff has been there years. Mary and Sandy are very nice. I work for a Dr. and it annoys me when I walk up to window and there are 5 people there and the ignore you . They don't even give you a minute to let you get your coat off and there asking you for your copay.

I am still fighting a $520 bill from THE LAB they use. when I always tell them and write it on the front in big letters .Must go to My insurances lab. Lab-corp. I have had same insurance for years . My insurance won't pay because the lab was out of network. WHY WOULD I GO TO A DR. WHO TAKES MY INSURANCE and doesn't follow The insurance plan contract?

You are on hold for at least 5 minutes when you phone. Everything is automated and if you need the billing dept. they never pick up but will call next day.

I was told by billing MY insurance wouldn't pay the bill and I owe them. I than called my Ins.comp. and they told me the lab they used was out of network. That to me is either a mistake or nobody read the front of my chart. Must use lab-corp.

They sent me one bill through the portal and I said I need to talk to my insurance 2 weeks later I was in collections. A 20 YEAR PATIENT?

Hate starting over but I don't like Dr. Herzog who still delivers . The waiting is too long and way overcrowded. I may switch to Dr. Debra who used to be with Lentine.
