They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
