The office staff here is grossly incompetent. They should all be properly trained or fired. If you call this office and all calls go to the answering service which is useless.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. This website, along with a couple others, saved my life. This doctor boast about how "wonderful" he is and how many "awards" he has received with no merit. I am 20 years old and I chose to see this doctor on behalf of a tumor that was growing in my pelvic region. Not only did this many not even treat me how a patient should be treated but he did not even bother to look at any of my test, previous procedures, or anything else. With a look at one paper, he apparently understood that I needed a FULL hysterectomy, and scar from one side of my body to the other. I tried to reason with his but he is so corrupt on his "medical expertise" that he could not bear to listen to me. I know exactly what is wrong with my body, and I also knew he was in the wrong. Before I left the office, I planned a surgery complete will full removal of most or all my reproductive organs. He told me he would treat me as " one of his daughters" I wouldn't put anyone in the hands of that man. You don't put a daughter of yours through that emotional hardship with NO proof that a tumor is located in her ovaries. No procedure was done before then to locate the tumor, he used his "intuition." I left that office in a state of depression. We decided to cancel the surgery and look for a second opinion. ANOTHER DOCTOR SAVED MY LIFE. Not only that, it turned out that the tumor was NO WHERE near my ovaries and also, I had a robotic procedure done with minimal invasion. Before you sign up for a complementary hysterectomy with this person, because he is no doctor, please look for a second opinion and save your life with some knowledge. I am so grateful for the care and truly the treatment I received with another doctor. I noticed the difference of what it is liked to be treated as a human being instead of a dog.
