Before Dr. Weiss retired and his practice sold, I was informed in a letter from his office that my records would be sent to the office of the new physician. However I just spoke to that office and they claim that none of Dr. Weiss' patient files were sent to them. How would I now get my medical records sent to a new doctor?

Dr. Kenneth Weiss has retired from practice. He is a very caring physian and friend. A vietnam war vet, and later research doctor his life experiences are unparrelled. His bedside manner straight and to the point. I like a Doctor who talks from his own life not from the book. He will be very missed by this patient. He made me and my family feel as if we were friends not just patients. I could even stop and chat to him about anything. His diagnosis saved my life and I will be eternally greatful to him. His office assistant and wife Rita knew the ends and outs of the insurance game and knew how to get a claim through. While I am happy for them that they have sold the business and retired, I am sad that Dr. Weiss is there not for us. I wish him and his family the best in thier retirement....
