It's true Chang doesnt listen to your problems if she cant identify with them, as if she isnt responsible for them or doesnt have time for them. She thinks she is always right and she thinks she knows more than any other very specialized doctor who has told me differently than her in my past. She leads me to believe that, unlike all my past doctors, she has not at all continued to study medicine beyond the point of her credential/license to practice medicine. She is not compassionate, she does not aim to establish a sense of well being within a patient as all other doctors i have known have, instead she aims to criticize and blame the patient for what she believes they could be doing more correctly. What kind of doctor badgers you on a completely mute point to the point of making you cry? Chang made me feel like I was garbage, as if I were some type of scum that made her sick.

Chang refused to listen to me and my symptom and because of that almost killed me by making me a quadraplegic. She wouldn't even listen to my fiance who was a professional in this area. She thinks she knows more than a neurosurgeon and refused to help me get to one...which I had to on my own....and get emergency surgery. Her staff is rude and she is incompetent.
