The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Dr. Crespo doesn't seem up to date on a lot of the latest medical knowledge. She's also sometimes scatterbrained, and once had to call me to run a test again because she mishandled the specimen. Look elsewhere for competent care.
