Each visit to Dr. Sunoo has required an excessive wait, of at least 45 minutes. My most recent visit was the worst yet. I took off work and arranged transportation to make this appointment a priority due to pressing health concerns. Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room. Once I was brought to a back patient room, I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I then left the room to notify a nurse of the situation—I was informed I was the next patient in line to be visited by Dr. Sunoo. I waited for another 10 minutes, then proceeded to leave the office, as I had run out of time and could wait no longer.

As I left the office, I mentioned my reasoning for leaving at the front desk. The staff simply said "Have a great day!", not acknowledging the problem, or attempting to fix it or reschedule my appointment. I left, then later called and explained my situation once again to see if the problem could be fixed. I believe I spoke with Michele. She informed me there was nothing she could do herself, that I would need to talk to Dr. Sunoo myself. This is preposterous, considering even seeing Dr. Sunoo that day was physically impossible. Instead, she simply asked me to submit a complaint to the "suggestion box" in the waiting room. Unfortunately, that waiting room is one I will never step foot in again. I am now looking for a new doctor, and in a different firm—as I feel I have not been treated as a patient should.

I really like Dr. Sunoo. There seems to be a long wait time (average 30 to 45 minutes) every time I go for an appointment. That would be my only negative.
