She answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. She never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. She is qualified and knowledgeable enough. I could tell that she has been doing her job well for quite a while. She probably could use some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods and technology.

I'm not totally sure if I would send my friends and family here. If someone was in a pinch, then I would maybe recommend her. Dr. Naeem is very friendly, will at least try to discover what your illness is to recommend treatment and will see you if you don't have insurance at a reduced rate. I am a little skeptical in who she recommends. Some doctors she has referred me to and claims the doctor is very good, has made me a little nervous and I sought a second opinion.
