This doctor is only good if you have nothing wrong with you, Don't dare need her to fill out any disability forms for you! She refuses and turns her back on you. Lost a job that I was at for 18 years over this!

They have really weird hours, their office is only open most mornings and early afternoons, depending on the day of the week. Today is Tuesday, I just called at 11:10am, and they are out of the office now and won't be back until tomorrow at 9. I think every doctor's office should at least be open for the entire morning, no matter what day it is. One visit I had with Dr. Colvin, I asked about birth control, and Dr. Colvin said she'd prescribe it to me, but I said due to my medical history, I don't think I'm allowed to. Then, she looked at my notes, and said that I'm correct. I didn't like that at all. If she just prescribes me stuff without paying attention, then this puts my life in jeopardy. Also, I had trouble scheduling my free annual check-up with her. The manager said I had to specify that I wanted the free exam when I set up the appointment. I mentioned this to my HR Manager at work, and she said I must be seeing the wrong doctor because everyone knows you receive one free preventative visit per year, and you shouldn't have to ask for it specifically. Maybe it's just me, because other reviews are good. I might just have bad experiences with this doctor. But I will not recommend her to friends.
