HORRIBLE. First off, staff is very rude and you can surely tell they hate their jobs! 2nd. this physician is always in a hurry and really doesn't seem to care about you at all. EVERYTHING seems to be a hassle. You are in the process of trying to express your issues and he already has his hand on doorknob to go out of the room. 3rd, in a crisis situation when you really need him, you are told that the physician doesn't talk to his patients on the phone. If I needed to talk to him I needed to make an appointment OR the medical assistant can relay a message to him!!!! You remember what happens when messages get relayed multiple times?? Important information gets lost in translation. 4th, office seems dirty. Maybe just worn down and needs some upgrades. Front office staff seems pretty nice.
