Dr. Julie Farley is very knowledgeable, knows what she is doing medically and follows through. She is friendly, a good listener with a wonderful bedside manner and I would recommend her highly. Nothing but the highest of praise would I give her skill wise and otherwise. If Dr. Farley had not moved out of this area (Reston) I would still be her patient..
