The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
