Their staff is very friendly.
Dr. Luteyn is not helpful at all. When I got my bill it looked like I had been double charged. They billed my insurance but it looked like they double charged for just about every visit, because I still owed as much as I would have without insurance!

Dr. Luteyn always listens to what I have to say. She always explains in detail what her medical opinion is of my situation and how she thinks it should be handled, giving me more than one treatment option when available. Everything is explained in detail, all my questions are answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I can always count on them to be there for me. Dr. Luteyn has even called me from her home on her day off!! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here.
