They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. The health of my family member was endangered by their lack of medical knowledge and uncaring disregard. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.

They consistently dismiss my concerns . I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They need to treat their staff & patients with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot more professional & nicer. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available.
