the worst ! For Five months i been to her told her I am i'll That there's something not right? She played around ordered blood work all Negative well The fifth month returned and now a tumor on me that hurts and she just ordered a CT scan I had scan two Days ago at St clair hospital and she never called to tell me results! You call her office no answer leave message only? I'm sick and Sick of her! I'm going to get second opinion and if it's cancer and she delayed my healthcare - A Dr should call
patient about results of a CT scan not an aide who knows nothing about your health care or what's going on- It's 48 hrs and no one called Me? This is it! I'm going to a surgeon- Which she never recommended Me to see after she discovered this tumor? it hurts and I said to her could this be that's causing me to feel sick Five Months? she didn't answer Me? Ok that's it then- If cancer if not 5 months telling a dr each time I'm not well then a tumor pops up and hurts with no answers she leaves in the dark! don't go to her! her staff sit there w phones yet no one answers calls all tapes and they don't get back w you!

I've been going to Dr. Oltyan since she started at this clinic a few years ago. I have found her and the office as a whole to be professional and they seem concerned about my needs. They try to get me in as soon as they can and I never have to wait (I think the longest time in the waiting room has been five minutes). Dr. Oltyan listens thoughtfully and one of the things I really like about her is that while she takes my symptoms seriously, she is not an alarmist like many doctors, sending you to this specialist or that specialist unless she deems it really necessary. Her nurse, Jean, is a real gem and makes me always feel comfortable on my visits. While she HAS gotten busier since when I started with her, I still believe Dr. Oltyan is worth waiting a couple of days to see and I intend to stick with her.
