Included in your membership is your annual health assessment, which features a variety of advanced screening tests and lifestyle analysis not normally performed in a traditional physical. It is designed to identify health risks so that we can easily treat, manage or even reverse your symptoms.
Once the results of your health assessment have been received, your physicians will sit down with you to review the results and develop a comprehensive health management plan designed specifically for you. The goal of this plan is to move you to or keep you in optimal health so that you can live a longer, more enjoyable life.
