They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
