There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
