Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was easy enough to find. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
