The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

The phone number doesn't work, and neither my insurance company nor the medical group seem to know how to get in touch with Dr. Ramirez. It's been 3 weeks now that I've tried to get an appointment without success. Because I'm an HMO patient, I couldn't see any other doctor. Wound up in the ER with acute bronchitis. I want to change primary care physicians, but that won't take effect until 12/1, so that's another 4 weeks I have to wait to see someone.
