Dr Lafferty is okay. Her very rude staff is not. They talk about other patients right in front of you. Are always unpleasant on the phone. If you want to get out of the office within an hour go somewhere else. Always at least an hour late for their appointments. If you try to call in rather than sit there all day you are met with a very rude and unprofessional girl on the phone. After being treated so rudely on the phone I very politely asked for the doctor to give me a return call. Was told "I am not even giving her the message"
