I used to see Dr. Swoboda's partner and started my whole family going to his/their office unitl he was incredibly rude to my mother. My mother had a lot of health problems, so not the easiest patient, but I'd never before or since seen a doctor actually be rude to her, or anyone else for that matter. It was like watching a meltdown.

Dr. Swoboda paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The front staff was friendly enough, the nurse was very nice. Though I am satisfied with the visit, the building itself was very discouraging. Old and unkept, it had a strong smell of disinfectant. The lighting in the main office is poor. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would visit Dr. Swoboda and his staff again, but definitely not in that building in its current condition.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
