I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
