What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
