The front office person is incredibly rude, and makes me uncomfortable. Dr. Fliege is somewhat cold and distant. Even when I was the first appointment of the day, she came in the front door 5 minutes late, and she started eating her breakfast before I left her office. The office is in a house, and it's started to appear cluttered and unprofessional. I don't feel that I matter at all.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
