I have been seen by Dr. Schackrel. Due to a back injury. Was under workman's comp. I have not had any trouble, but I seen her back on 10/28/14 due to having a frontal-lobe mass. Had a Craniatomy was discharged on 3/23/15 from VBMC.I am hurting all over, went to ER at VBMC. Rx given for Tramadol 50mg 1 tab po q 4hr. I have taken this medication previously, also Tylenol 500mg 2 tabs po q 6hrs PRN pain. Ibuprofen 800mg (otc) 1cap po q 5-6hrs for pain. Today 6/27/15 I awoke with excruciating pain all over but also to left hip area and rib. I'm currently using the walker again to maintain a steady and good gait. I was hoping that I could see her again. I have no insurance, however I receive a disability check on the 3rd of each month. I will. Pay your facility as soon as I get my check.
